The National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB) has proposed to create this syllabus by reducing 20 to 25 percent from each subject in the latest ninth-tenth class.
Professor Syed Mahfuz Ali, a senior expert in the higher secondary branch of the National Curriculum and Textbook Board, confirmed the information to Jugantar on Thursday.
“We were asked for a proposal from the ministry,” he said. We have created a short syllabus in that light by analyzing each chapter in the syllabus and including the important topics.
